No School Wednesday?! – Read all about it!
Stock Market, Post Office, and many more branches of work of the government will be closed this Wednesday, December 5th in honour of former President George HW Bush. Bush died at age 94. He was best known for his direction of the Gulf War in 1990. He was famous for his line “Read my lips, no new taxes”. He served for a single term from 1989-1992. He was succeeded by Bill Clinton and preceded by Ronald Reagen of whom he was vice president for two terms.
Talk of no school on Wednesday is in motion, due to the closing many organizations as a “Day of Mourning”
