20 DHS Lacrosse Alums Playing in NCAA Tournaments
As the calendar flipped to May that led way to the NCAA men’s and women’s lacrosse tournaments. And as the DI, DII, and DIII tournaments kicked off, many Darien High School Alumni found themselves playing in the national tournament.
Northwestern, Boston College, North Carolina and Syracuse headline the DI women’s bracket with six DHS alumni playing in the DI tournament.
On the men’s side the frontrunners of Duke, UVA, Notre Dame and Maryland lead the seventeen team field in DI with many more DII and DIII schools making up bigger fields respectively.
