Darien vs. Fairfield Ludlowe Football

Tonight, two Rob Trifone understudies clash. At 6:00 PM at Fairfield Ludlowe Stadium, the Darien Blue Wave football team takes on the Fairfield Ludlowe Falcons. Blue Wave head coach Mike Forget, long-time defensive coordinator, will be calling plays against Falcons head coach Mitch Ross, former Blue Wave offensive coordinator.

The No. 1 Blue Wave enter tonight’s contest with a 5-0 record with notable wins over Newtown and Wilton.  The Falcons, with a tough schedule including No. 8 Norwalk, Wilton, and Trumbull, are 2-3.
